1. Residential Transactions (includes multi-family up to 4 units)
2. Buyer is a Legal Entity (ie. Trust, LLC, etc.)
3. Cash or non-traditional lenders are used (ie. think hard money)

Required information to be disclosed from Buyers and Sellers is below:

Buyers - Individual Buyer:

■ Full legal name

■ Date of Birth

■ Current address

■ Government-issued photo ID

Entity or Trust Buyer:

■ Entity/trust legal name and formation details

■ Beneficial owners (25%+ ownership)

■ Individuals with substantial control (officers, directors, managers, trustees)

■ Authorized signers

■ Trust beneficiaries (if applicable)

For each individual listed above:

■ Full legal name

■ Date of birth

■ Address

■ Government-issued photo ID

Sellers:

■ Full legal name

■ Date of birth

■ Current address

■ Government-issued photo ID (individual sellers)

RG Title will collect this information prior to closing to ensure smooth FinCEN reporting.
